Ethical Management
Our executives and employees can deeply recognize the management spirit based on ethics, and actively participate in the practice of the code of ethics so that become a culture company trusted by customers, shareholders and employees, and we promise as follows.
1. We must exclude any unethical conduct in the performance of our duties and daily life.
2. We must think and work creatively based on a customer satisfaction spirit that puts customers first.
3. We must exclude any conduct contrary to the protection of corporate confidentiality and the protection of company property rights, and must maintain fair relationships with our business partners.
4. We must be informed through self-development and active learning, and take the lead in rational organizational management that is faithful to principles and basics through professional knowledge.
5. We must make effort to serve mankind and society by performing our duties with a sense of responsibility, and ultimately to contribute to realizing the happiness of human society.
These guidelines include procedure for reporting unfair acts[ money and gifts, entertainment, convenience provision, and unfair practices through duties/positions, etc] related to the practice of code of ethics of iMOSS(hereinafter referred to as the "company"), and must apply as follows.
1. Money, gifts, and convenience provided by business partners and stakeholders must not be received in any case.
2. In relation to business affairs, all entertainment provided by business partners and stakeholders must not be received, and must refuse politely.
3. Unfair act through family, relatives, and acquaintances is also regarded as an act of the individual.
4. Company executives and employees and business partners must report to the Management Support Department when they become aware of violations of this guideline or when they receive violations from a third party.
5. Company executives and employees and suppliers are responsible for complying with these principles, and those who violate these principles will be penalized according to issues such as referral to the HR Committee.
